CSU San Marcos student, Christopher Morales, studying Sociology/Criminology & Justice Studies tells us about his participation in ScholarCon.
“My favorite NSCS experience, by far, was attending ScholarCon this past June. I met amazing students from across the country who I still keep in touch with today, and I was inspired by the many insightful speakers that I had the privilege of listening to. ScholarCon was a life-changing experience that I am excited to attend next year as well”.
An interesting fact about Christopher is that he is currently interning in the U.S. House of Representatives through the Panetta Institute for Public Policy. It is a privilege given to only twenty-six students of the CSU system each year, and it has inspired him to take on a life of public service. Keep up the great work, Chris!
