Meet our NSCS Scholar of the Week, Savannah Moeller! Savannah is a junior at Arizona State University where she is studying Nonprofit Leadership and Management. She also served as the VP, Community Service for the ASU chapter of NSCS during the 2015-2016 school year.
Savannah’s favorite NSCS experience was when ASU’s chapter held a service event in their community. She told us, “My chapter had a service event at our local Feed My Starving Children. As the Philanthropy chair of my chapter, I coordinated the event. We had such a great turnout and really bonded while packing meals.”
Savannah is passionate about serving her community. “As a nonprofit major, it is my hope to one day use my career to strengthen our communities,” she said. “I currently intern with Hospice of the Valley working in their Fund Development and Special Events department. I also volunteer with Premier Hospice and Make-A-Wish Arizona.”
For her contributions to her community and to NSCS, Savannah is our Scholar of the Week! Congrats!
