Meet our NSCS Scholar of the Week, Liz Breuker! Liz is a student at Idaho State University where she majors in outdoor education.

As a member of NSCS, Liz’s favorite experience has been participating in NSCS’ programs. “I was thrilled to be a part of PACE and I was excited to participate in Idaho State University’s March to College Day! The opportunity to network and serve with my peers is invaluable,” said Liz.

On top of participating in NSCS’ PACE program, Liz also juggles many priorities in her life that she is very proud of, in addition to being a high-achiever.

“I am an Army veteran, wife, mother of three, Secretary of the Idaho State University Armed Forces Club, Guardian ad Litem for Idaho’s sixth Judicial District CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Program, candidate for President of my local League of Women Voters organization, and a grant writer for a local organization that provides outdoor sporting retreats for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression,” said Liz.

For being a dedicated NSCS member and extremely active in her community, Liz is our Scholar of the Week!
