Dr. Bimal Banik, Professor at the University of Texas- Pan American, was recognized on Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 by the school news for his selection as one of two nationwide recipients of the 2012 Inspire Integrity Award by NSCS. Banik was nominated by Nancy M. Limon-Gonzalez, founding president of the NSCS Chapter at UTPA. She will also be receiving a monetary compensation for her nomination of Dr. Bimal Banik.
