Summer is a unique season, in which it is socially acceptable to laze about and enjoy yourself- sleep in, lay by the pool, take an afternoon nap in the grass, maybe start growing yourself some dreadlocks. When school and work seem like such foreign concepts, it can be easy to get into that mellow frame of mind. Suddenly, nature becomes more perceptibly beautiful, and the season seems like a lush, heavenly endowment that you hope will never meet its end. The following music is perfect for winding down and taking it easy in the summer, and will hopefully help guide you to mellow summer enlightenment.
All the music posted can be purchased on Amazon or iTunes.
