Even if you are busy with classes, work, and/or extracurriculars, mark. can fit into your schedule because you sell the beauty products on your own time. According to Kelsey, a mark. mentor, “It’s perfect for the college lifestyle because there’s no risk and no set time commitments. You put into it what you want….so, if during midterms or finals weeks you want to take a break, that’s completely okay! Then, when you have more time to dedicate to your business, you can!”

Other than helping you pay for college, becoming a mark. representative has many benefits. It is a great opportunity to meet more people in college. Kelsey said, “I’ve done events for sororities, dorm floors, and for campus philanthropic events. I’m able to strike up conversations with people that I may have never had the chance to talk to before!” Also, the community of mark. reps is very close-knit, so you can become friends with people all across the country. Being a mark. rep will give you entrepreneurial business experience, which can be a valuable addition to your resume. It shows “your drive and motivation to do well at things outside your normal college-girl routine—and going after what you love,” said Kelsey. Plus, you have the opportunity to receive awards and recognition when you do well.
