Meet our NSCS Scholar of the Week, Erin Cinney! Erin is a senior at University of Florida where she is studying English.
Erin’s favorite NSCS experience was participating in the DC Internships program. “The Fund for American Studies has altered my life in the best way possible,” she said. “I am furthering my education and career goals in the nation’s capital! I am forever humbled and grateful by the opportunities presented by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.”
Erin has a passion for writing and contributes to her community through the written word. “I have recently started a blog under the inspiration and motivation I found at my journalism internship!” she said. “Blogging has become very therapeutic for me as a writer since I can control my own message and what I have to say. I try to be as authentic and honest as possible and hope to inspire others to do the same. The more people I can touch with my words, the more I fall in love with writing.”
